中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)氬(ya)(ya)(ya)氣保持率數據,可以發現硅(gui)酮(tong)和聚硫(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)在氣體(ti)密(mi)(mi)封耐(nai)久性(xing)能上的(de)(de)表(biao)現差距(ju)甚(shen)遠。聚硫(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)的(de)(de)氣體(ti)保持率很好,在按新國標(biao)耐(nai)久性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)后,氣體(ti)含量均不小于(yu)80%求(qiu),符(fu)合新國標(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)氣體(ti)耐(nai)久性(xing)要求(qiu);膠(jiao)層厚的(de)(de)硅(gui)酮(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)共17塊,其中(zhong)(zhong)只有(you)8塊在經過試(shi)驗(yan)后氣體(ti)含量大于(yu)80%,合格(ge)率僅為(wei)47.1%,膠(jiao)層淺的(de)(de)硅(gui)酮(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)的(de)(de)氣體(ti)密(mi)(mi)封耐(nai)久性(xing)能更差,共15塊試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang),其中(zhong)(zhong)只有(you)5塊符(fu)合新國標(biao)要求(qiu),合格(ge)率僅為(wei)33.3%。膠(jiao)層厚的(de)(de)硅(gui)酮(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)平均氬(ya)(ya)(ya)氣的(de)(de)泄(xie)漏量為(wei)12.6%,膠(jiao)層淺的(de)(de)硅(gui)酮(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)平均氬(ya)(ya)(ya)氣的(de)(de)泄(xie)漏量為(wei)14.9%,而聚硫(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)平均的(de)(de)氬(ya)(ya)(ya)氣泄(xie)漏量只有(you)3.4%。在氣體(ti)密(mi)(mi)封耐(nai)久性(xing)能方面,聚硫(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)要優于(yu)硅(gui)酮(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)玻(bo)璃(li)。


在水氣透(tou)過率(lv)(lv)的試驗中,聚(ju)硫(liu)膠的平均水氣滲(shen)透(tou)率(lv)(lv)為11.42g/m2·d,硅酮膠的平均水氣滲(shen)透(tou)率(lv)(lv)為22.64g/m2·d,硅酮膠的水氣滲(shen)透(tou)率(lv)(lv)是聚(ju)硫(liu)膠的兩倍,表明(ming)聚(ju)硫(liu)膠的抗(kang)水氣滲(shen)透(tou)能力要(yao)優于硅酮膠的。


聚硫(liu)膠(jiao)的水氣滲透(tou)(tou)率與硅酮膠(jiao)的水氣滲透(tou)(tou)率相差(cha)一倍(bei),但二者在(zai)水氣密(mi)封(feng)耐久性(xing)能上的差(cha)別并不(bu)是很大(da)(da),分(fen)析原因認為(wei)這(zhe)是由(you)于(yu)我們選取了(le)(le)折(zhe)彎(wan)鋁條(tiao)結構以及丁(ding)基(ji)膠(jiao)寬度大(da)(da)于(yu)5mm,并且在(zai)鋁條(tiao)的連接處用丁(ding)基(ji)膠(jiao)密(mi)封(feng),形成了(le)(le)一個良好的內(nei)道水氣密(mi)封(feng)屏障,有效地阻止了(le)(le)大(da)(da)部分(fen)水氣的進入(ru),而(er)在(zai)實際生產過程中(zhong),大(da)(da)多數的產品達不(bu)到這(zhe)樣的制(zhi)作(zuo)水平。
